Increased meal penalties for work done at the studios by a dollar:

  • First one-half hour meal delay or fraction thereof - $8.50

  • Second one-half hour meal delay or fraction thereof - $11.00

  • Third and each succeeding one-half hour meal delay or fraction thereof - $13.50

Lunch 'grace' policy improved, stopping it from being automatic or every day.

Secured prevailing rate meal penalties for every meal penalty after 20 in a work week.

Added a new penalty – for the fifth and each additional ½ hour meal delay: an additional $25 penalty.
